Solutions · Waveform

Everything an installer business runs on, in one place.

Waveform covers the whole life of a solar or battery job: booking the first visit, designing the system on the real roof, pricing it, getting the customer’s signature and claiming the subsidy once it’s switched on. Your team works in one system instead of spreadsheets, screenshots and inboxes.

Seven stages, one record

Each job moves through the same guided path. Every stage shows what it still needs and does as much as it can by itself.

1. Win the visit

Enquiries turn into booked visits. Waveform suggests the nearest available rep for the area, warns about clashes, and the customer confirms with a single tap from their email.

2. Know the customer

Begin with the customer’s electricity bill and Waveform reads off their network, consumption, connection type and address for you to check.

3. Design on the real roof

Aerial height data gives every roof face its pitch, direction and size. Panels go only where local clearances allow, shading is worked out panel by panel, and the battery, inverter and wiring are part of the design.

4. Use the right tariff

Savings come from the customer’s actual tariff, such as AER plans in Australia or DISCOM orders in India, and from how they really use power, smart-meter files included.

5. Price it from your price book

Your price book and equipment catalogue turn the design into a quote that shows the customer’s savings, payback period, subsidies and final cost.

6. Get it signed

A branded proposal goes out by email and is locked once sent. The customer reviews, accepts and signs online without creating an account.

7. Install and claim

Track the install until the system is live, then open the Australian STC claim or India’s PM Surya Ghar subsidy form, already filled from the job.

Does the groundwork, checks with you

The assistant is included in every paid plan. It works through Waveform the way your team does, and stops for review before anything is final.

🧱

Starts from your outline

Draw the building and its roof faces, and the assistant lays out the panels, matches the system size to the customer’s bill, chooses equipment that works together, wires it, picks the tariff and prepares the quote. For Australian and UK sites, it can work from the mapped building instead.

🙋

Asks rather than assumes

When a decision belongs to you or the customer, such as whether to add battery backup, it asks, and only offers options that stay within the design rules.

✅

Waits for your go-ahead

Anything that changes your data waits for you to confirm. You can take over or hand back at any point. It never sends a proposal or a campaign, and it stays out of billing and API keys.

Run the business around the jobs

Waveform adapts to how your business already works, so you set it up your way rather than changing your process to fit the software.

🗂️

Customers and leads

One record for every customer and site, a leads board that follows each visit from booked to confirmed (or back to rebook), and CSV import for lists you already have.

👥

Your team and who sees what

Separate roles for sales, survey, install, admin and accounts, visibility narrowed to a region or team where needed, and a log of every change stamped with the person and the time.

🧩

Forms and workflows

Choose the fields your team collects and the stages a job passes through, set the checks a job has to pass before the next stage, and send any form to a customer as a link.

📧

Email campaigns

Build audiences from your own customers, quotes and jobs, then design, schedule and track each campaign: delivered, opened, clicked and bounced.

📄

Reports and files

Documents such as proposals, survey reports and quote summaries, filled from the job and carrying your logo, plus a folder for every customer, shared team folders and upload links for customers.

🔌

Integrations and API

Link the data sources and finance providers you already use, issue API keys for your own scripts, and plug in your own AI agents over MCP.

Local rules, already in place

Solar works the same way everywhere, but the standards and schemes don’t. Waveform applies the rules of the country each site is in.

🇮🇳 India

PM Surya Ghar subsidies, both central and state, the scheme’s application, tariffs from each DISCOM’s published order, and checks for DCR (domestically made) modules.

🇦🇺 Australia

STC estimates through to the complete Clean Energy Regulator claim, savings based on AER retail plans, and designs checked against AS/NZS 5033 and 4777.

🇬🇧 Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Designs checked against MCS and BS 7671, with the right G98 or G99 grid route, including Northern Ireland’s own G98/NI and G99/NI versions.

🇮🇪 Ireland

Designs checked against I.S. 10101 and ESB Networks NC6 and NC7, with the planning-exemption roof clearances applied.

🇳🇿 New Zealand

Designs checked against AS/NZS 5033 and 4777 and Electricity Code Part 6, including its fast track for smaller systems.

🌍 Everywhere else

Designs follow the international IEC rules. Wherever you are, your organisation’s country also sets the currency, date format and taxes.
